Using XP, IE7.  At start-up I recently began getting the following error
message:  "SetPoint.exe - unable to locate component.  This application has
failed to start because KemXML.dll was not found.  Re-installing the
application may fix this problem."

Hey all,
I'm hoping anyone can help me because i've got a really annoying problem.
The problem started when i tried to install some new drivers for my mouse.
the install crashed and ever since that i couldn't use my mouse or keyboard

I want to install the fax componanat, but each time it asks me to insert the
Service Pack 2 CD. As I automatically install updates from the web, I dont
have a CD, so can't progress any further.
What do I do?

I accidently clicked on something and my tool bar which is usually on the
bottom of my screen is now at the top, can anyone help me put it back on the
bottom again.  I've tried everying but have not been successful.

Bought a new laptop An HP business machine) with XP Pro. Imagine my surprise
to find the spell check is in French, and the pull-down language menu shows
only French as an option.  How do I get this replaced with English?

i cannot find the games that are included with Windows...Solitaire, Free
Cell, etc. The Games folder is empty and is not in the games and
entertainment folder. I am running Windows XP SP2...i tried uysing the
add/remove windows component feature in the add/remove program feature ...

I am trying to install an HP 2015 printer on multiple teacher machines.  
These are on Winxp and Win 2000 PC's.  I am usiing the
\windows\system32\prndrvr.vbs script but dkeep getting the following error:  
"Unable to add printer driver HP Lasetjet 2015 Win32 error code 87".  

Windows Prof SP2 was installed on the new computer I bought.   I need SP2 cd
to repair MDAC.   I have downloaded SP2 from MS but I do not want to
completely reinstall SP2.   The program which uses MDAC is asking for the
SP2 disk because I do not have a folder servicepackfiles on ...

For some reason, when I open up Windows Explorer, it no longer shows "My
Computer" or any drives -- no hard drives or optical drives or usb
flashdrives.  It doesn't show them on the folders sidebar nor in the address
bar.  The only options are "Desktop" and "My Documents".  Same ...

Sometime ago when the inbox listed messages the ones that were SPAM came
first in one block. Now after no change that I know about Spam and non-Spam
are listed in random. Is there a way, other than Restore, to go back to an
early time and get a better listing of the messages? ...

my son stated he tried to delete a google task bar and he deleted the
explorer file thinking it was part of google
I've tried to Control/Alt/Delete and run "explorer"

I do hope I'm in the right group.
On start up I get a dialogue box headed Windows No Disk and in the body of
the box it states :
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c

XP machine passes XP splash screen then stop code above.
I  cannot find anything on this stop code.
