I bought a computer from a local dealer along with a copy of XP Pro.
I think the term is a retail OEM. I later purchased a full retail
upgrade of Vista Ultimate and upgraded the XP. My question is if I

I got an automatic update on Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0.
I click on it and it says it is installing, but nothing happens.
It symbol goes away after a while, but comes back again.  This has happened
a dozen times on this one update; all the others have been fine.
