Can someone help me to solve the problem of unable to install the Skype 3.6 for windows or earlier version in my Windows XP Professional SP2? Whether online installation or after downloaded the file, the installation just cannot start ( or fire ).

Can anyone help...I recently changed my screensaver to new setting,,,adjusted wait period for 5 minutes to activate screensaver,,,,my promblem is that screensaver won't come on ,,,,I set it for 5 minutes and never started up,,,have waited as long as 20 minutes,,,,still won't work ...

A LOT of stuff on the internet is Flash. Do these always work only as streaming videos? I have yet to get a Flash to replay, not good on dial-up. JimL

I seem to have lost the line for Help and support in the start menu. I don't know how it happened. The program is still accessible through the control panel but I'd like it back on the start page near the "run: command. TIA
