My new laptop seems to have developed the following error each time I start up: "Rundll - error loading ctccw32.dll". Whilst by just clicking on the "OK" button to make it disappear, it's knowing that the system is not running correctly that's annoying.

After a blue screen of death due to bad data on WindowsXP, I somehow loaded a second copy of Windows (rather than replacing original) in a small partition. I keep running out of room due to every thing getting put on the small partition. What can I do now?
