Is there a way to change where explore on the start menu goes upon open. It now 'always' goes to user/start menu. This is very annoying. Can this be changed? TIA

Why is it not possible to have different browsers preferences for different uses on the same machine using XP home? If I set my account to Firefox for example all other user accounts are changed. When one of them changes back to IE the same thing happens
