Can someone tell me how typing from the run window can you get to the command prompt? I know you can type cmd but can't you also type command? This was a question on the A+ test, and both answers were there. Which one will do what?

how do u find the alerter service in XP i searched it and I cant find it. XP says it is in admin tools, comp management, sys tools, services, right panel double click alerter and I cant seem to find it.
