After upgrading to the newest version of eTrust's EZantivirus, my Windows XP
Home computer, upon logging in, says that the Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
has been shut down.  It then gives me 60 seconds before it restarts the

When I type in msconfig I get an immediate error message

The system has 2G of Physical Mem., 400G of Fast Hard

Is there any way to change what processes automatically
begin when windows loads? Better yet, can you change
which processes automatically begin to be different for
each account on a computer?

the numbers lock function comes on automatically when I
startup...it's annoying to forget about this and type in a
password only to have it rejected...anyone know how does
one set back to the default of being off at startup ?

When I log out of WXP Pro XP1 (with almost all latest
security patches) I get an error saying that my roaming
profile cannot be updated. The problem is the  
UsrClass.dat.LOG file, and the error in the event log says
