When I attempt to access the "regedit" through the Start,
Run, regedit - The box will flash on the screen then
disappear  - It will not remain on the screen

When I upgraded from WIN-ME to WIN-XP, I had a prompt line
in my autoexec.bat file as follows;

I find that something is accessing the dialup internet connection in
my PC when the connection is supposed to be idle. Does any one know
how to tell which program is accessing the connection?
I have tried closing all the applications to see if this helps. But

Upon any restart i recieve a blue screen with "Page fault
detected in un-paged area". I would try sorting this in
windows safe mode but get the same, and i cannot even get
into setup to re-install. Any idea's peop's.

I am trying to setup my laptop running XP Pro as a
