I have a lab of computers i just loaded with windows XP pro and when the students log in and log out it synchronizes there directories from the hard drive to the network. Is there anyway I can disable this so it goes directly to the network?

I use XP Home. I want it to bypass the welcome/logon screen. I get a dialog box saying it can't logon, and showing "Administrator" as the name. I change the name to "Owner" and then it logs on. I do not have to enter a password.
