Following an uninstall of a program via "Add/Remove Software" which failed, I did it by deleting relevant files and registry entries manually. However there are two leftover bits I can't work out how to do: 1) How can I get rid of the entry in the "Add/Remove Software" list?

I had my computer repaired a while back and, after formatting everything, the guys at HP registered my computer to "enduser". Is there any way I can change that?

For some reason, I cannot get disk defragmenter to work in XP. When I open up the utility and click on 'analyze' or 'defragment'. Nothing happens. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
