Services.msc and i found some strange Services this morning. Installed SP2
couple of days ago. These Services are set disabled or manual by default and
can not be started, no path to executable attached to it and no dependencies.
They are also listed in registry under:

I've disabled my com port for ps/2 mouse &can't remember

Is it is possible to lock folder settings?
I like seeing most of my folders set to show details. However, I like the
control panel to show Icons. Many times I open control panel and it is set
to show details. I also like to view the status bar but many times it will

I have added an additional Hard Drive to my system. I have partitioned it
using Partition Magic. I run Windows XP-Sp2 with no problems. I made several

I attached a USB drive, mini, and it shows up in the
device manager and says it's working with a assigned
drive of G:  but it is not showing up in "My Computer" or
in my Explorer, so I can not save anything to this drive.
