I changed the default program to open MPQ files to Notepad on accident, and now all the settings on my computer are messed up. What is the default setting for MPQ files? How to I get it back?

I discovered an Unknown User Account in the folder, "ASP.NET Machine A" I have know idea where it came from if I did not create this User. It's listed as limited user account.

How do you make XP Home remember what the window size was when re-opening a program? If I drag all the corners to a full screen, it will come up the same next time. I guess Windows always opens some programs in minimized
