AFTER SELECTING LOGON PC REBOOTS 5 TO 6 TIMES BEFORE LOGGING ON , IT HAS A FRSH INSTALL OVER WINDOWS ME, DOES THIS OCCASIONALLY. APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE. THANK YOU.

Upon completion of bootup I get the message C:\WINNT\system32\NVMCTRAY.DLL not found. I suspect it could be an nvida card issue but the machine does not have such a card. I'd like to get rid of this message.

Not sure whether this goes here or General but........ I've performed a REPAIR install on XP Pro and updated install via update scan and download. Situation is that there are no outstanding updates.

I have a WinXP system that will not let a screen saver appear. I looked at the processes and one of them popped out at me: muqaz.exe. When I did a properties on that particular file, I saw that it made mention of kernel32, and I saw every other aspect of the file as not

I have a stand alone system. It has two hard drives and I had a third with no idea what it has. I replaced my normal slave and this new drive(set to slave I think). When I booted the BIOS didn't recognize any hard drives.

When I try to run msconfig I get the menu to come up but it disappears after a couple of seconds-the menu will not stay up. Any thoughts on this. Also I have windows xp home edition. Thanks all for your help.
