Everytime I turn on the computer, my documents page

When clicking Start > Programs, the entries are displayed as one long column
which the user has to scroll to reach the desired program. Another user
logging in to the same machine has the Programs displayed as 3 adjacent
columns, which is much easier to navigate. How does one ...

I have noticed recently that I no longer see the "Run As.." option in the
menu when I right click a program.  I was wondering if some patch from
Microsoft I perhaps downloaded could have deactivated it.  I have checked
help and support and it said that "Run As.." uses a service ...

and can not delete registry keys ,they instantly return
on restart.

I recently received an Email with a Word attachment, and
when I went to open it, I got a message saying that I
needed to install a Chinese characters add-on to view it.
I opted to do this, only to be told that this add-on is

My youngest was on one of our computers clicking away.
When I returned the letters and icons were big. I right
clicked and clicked on display mode. I changed the the
number to a very high pixels..I guess. Now the screen

Sometimes shutting down/restarting is real slow or even  
hangs at the "Windows is shutting down" screen.

I have some batch files that won't run anymore because  
autoexec.nt in the windows\system32 folder was deleted.
If i copy it back from the repairs folder, all is well,

I had 2 harddrives...with 2 different OS...so,before
Startup,i was able to choose OS..now i removed 1
harddrive ..but i still have to CHOOSE among 2 OS:(

When I go to "Start" then "All Programs" the program list
is very slow appearing, just showing a blank white box
for several seconds.

How do you get windows xp home to boot up from the hard
drive instead of the cd rom?I used a reinstallation disk
and now I have to use this same disk to boot up.When ever
I try to boot up without It,the monitor screen turns
