HELP!!! I'm having some issues with other user names. I may have accidentally
erased files that are needed to be able to load the different users. I have

Some parts of the control panel allow runas and others don't (DONT= admin

I am using Windows XP Pro and i would like to configure some restriction on
restricted user.
I have used gpedit.msc to enable the restriction e.g. disable IE6 Tool Bar
but this function also restict me as an administrator to use the function.

I would like to use Group Policy in WinXP Pro to setup for restricted user.
But when i login as an administrator in gpedit.msc to disable
some of the function, e.g. disable IE6 Toolbar to prevent them from using.
My administrator account IE6 was also affected.
