I am having problem. When a user tries to open a file from a web site, IE
performs the download to the temporary folder but when the application that
is supposed to handle the file launches, it is unable to open the file with
the following error:

I'm running XP Pro with SP2.
I need to install the Microsoft .NET framework.  I've had it installed
before, and whenever I booed tup or reboot, the User Log On screen
appeared.

with big X, that reads 'Window cannot find rundll32.exe.  When I select 'help
and support' from start menu, the same thing happens. My windows xp worked

I run Windows xp Home W/SP2 installed. I can not open the Help and Support
Ling from my start Menu. Nor will any Help/Contents and Index links open in
programs and web browsers. Can any onr help with a fix for that problem?

a problem I ancounter every time & than, which sometimes dissapear after
reboot and sometime reoccurs after reboot.
The Problem is that in my Taskbar i see double windows (allthough it is in
"group mode" , I open 1 window and see itsimage twice @ the taskbar.

d drives.  somebody i know who works on computers told me that i could just
delete the windows folder and its contents in the d drive to free up space

My boot menu contains two "boot names," I would like to delete one and keep
the other as default (so I don't have to choose which one to boot with each
time I log back on).

I can not get Simple file sharing to stay UNchecked on some of our PCs.  I
will uncheck it, close and reopen - it will be checked again - any ideas on
what would cause this?  Any group policies that I should be looking for?

Since I updated to SP2, my computer sometimes freezes or locks up on
start-up. Is anyone having the same problem. If so, what is the fix??
