I have to manually start several services that are configured to start automatically. These are Print Spooler and InCD Helper. There may be more, but these are the ones that affect me. After I start them manually, all works perfectly until I reboot.

I am not aware of any selection that I've unintentionaly made, but a 'My Computer' Window appears open on my desktop at the end of every start up. (nothing in the 'Start Up' folder to request it) This has happened once some time ago, but disappeared again without

I just installed Windows XP (new install) on a computer. It designated my hard drive as Drive F. It will not allow me to change it (I want it as C) What can I do? Thanks......Jim

I work in a large office most of my machines are XP pro and we use f: as our fileserver drive, we have many digital camera's. when you connect them to a pc via USB, XP assigns them drive f: also, so we have to go into disk management and manually reassign the camera drive
