When i resume from hibernate i often get a blank screen, where the login screen should appear. there is no video signal, shutdown via power-button does not work, it seems like a complete crash. the error is not reproducible so far.

I recently installed Service Patch 2 on my Windows XP computer. My supervisor suggest that I install both SpyBot and SpySweeper on this computer. What is the advisability of installing spyware on Windows XP SP2? Anyone had any problems or have any suggestions?

Am trying to create a password recovery disk on a USB flash drive. (my notebook does not have a floppy). The wizard properly detects the flash drive and starts working, but fails when progress bar reaches 5% or sometimes 10%.

Somehow, the administrators at my company took away the option to remember usernames and passwords. This is preventing me from quickly logging into sites, as well as MSN messenger. Does anyone know how to enable this feature in the registry?
