I have a p4 1.4 computer. 512 ram. It has a 15 gig hd.
I formatted the pc and went to install windows xp. It was working great
until it automatically rebooted and an error generated.
The title of the error box says "Fatal Error"

Hello, Hope some knows what's going on with this..I've tried several times to
ask microsoft/dell what to do....
Whenever I run a 16-bit windows application I get a warning that the
autoexec.nt file is not in the system root path,etc...So I found on the

My mouse curser keeps flashing a green cd, like there is a cd preloading. But
I don't have a cd in the drive...Where can i look for a solution to stop

I am told that XP doen't have a "msconfig" menu through the "run" screen.  As
my computer might be overloaded with startup programs, how do I determine
what programs are starting automatically when I boot my computer?  Thanks for
any help.
