I have just upgraded a Win98SE PC to XP-Pro. The headphone jack on the DVD
drive has now gone dead (it worked before). Any idea how this could happen?

I was working on my machine yesterday and it froze so I rebooted, (am
running XP PRO Sp2), now when I tried to reboot, it would pass the bios test
and then start to load windows and then just freezes there. So I tried
loading in SAFE MODE, again it would load the drivers then ...

I am getting this message in xp prof and the pc will do a count down from 1
minute and restart. please advice what is causing this and how can i rectify

I am using Microsoft's Backup utility and have two questions.
First, I would like to backup my My Documents folder and am trying to decide
whether to include these directories:
