I have some applications installed and I see them on the add/remove programs on the control panel, but I cannot removed them, because he says that hasn't some files needed for the uninstallation. How can I take them off?

For almost a week I have been getting an error box that says dwwin.exe failed error and I can barely get it read because it flashes so fast. I have not been able to figure out what this is or how to fix it. Any help would be so appreciated.
