I check "Always Show Icon on the Taskbar" in the 'Advanced' tab of Power
Options in Control Panel ... but the icon shows up randomly.  Using main
power or battery makes no apparant differnce.
Any suggestions?

I recently purchased a Maxtor External HDDrive that I installed on a Win
XP Home system.  I would like to make the drive bootable, but the format
command doesn't accept the /s option and the sys command doesn't exist.
Any ideas on how to make the drive bootable?

I am getting the signon and signoff screens in the old windows 2000 format.  
I don't know what I did to activate this.  How do I turn it off and go back
to the standard xp type signon and signoff.

I recently had to reformat my harddrive due to 2 years of trash buildup and
other assorted stuff. Anyway after doing a clean install of windows XP Home I
now get this anoying popup whenever I shutdown or restart my computer that
states:

I moved my OS from a 20G HD to a 200G HD, and used the disk copy utility that
