Since I created a new user on my XP (SP2), I have the following problem: If an open session stays "inactive" (means no keyboard or mouse action) during some minutes, the screen switch automatically to the "welcome users" blue window which asks which user wants to connect.

I have two hard disks--80 gig and 160 gig. The 80 gig was/is the boot disk. I recently reformatted the 80 gig drive and reinstalled Win XP Home from an OEM system disk. Everything went well--except that in the process I wind up with a dual boot

How do I change the order (priority) of startup programs so, for example, my computer doesn't attempt to logon to MSN Messenger before my network and internet connections are loaded? I would like to load AV and ZoneAlarm first, then the others, but I find no way to change this ...

I deleted the extended drive d: that came with my computer, old operating system, now I have unassigned space. Can I assign it to c: one big drive or do I have to pick a letter? should I format it how can I gain the space thats unassigned. Thanks

I have recently purchased a new computer on which XP pro has been installed on my C: Drive. I had my old Hard Disk installed and it shows up as H: Drive on my new computer. My old computer was running WinMe.
