Every time I try to install this patch I get the following error message:
"WEIpdate cannot retrieve information needed for setup fom database"
I get this message on some computers and at different networks, Does anyone

Have a PBell P4 pc and did a clean installation on a new hd  with a retail xp
home cd using the cd key supplied with the pc. The pc has the  ati radeon

I get an error in IE, "my security settings prohibit running activex controls

Sometimes when I move the mouse to recover from standby mode I get a blue

I'm trying to upgrade a win2k machine to an xp home machine.  The upgrade
advisor runs but does not give any info, it seems to just stop. If I try to
just install it tells me the path to upgrade is not valid.  Any ideas why

I have a large number of users with systems that have the nForce2
motherboards. I am trying to install Windows XP from a Windows 2003 RIS
server. I was able to get Windows 2000 to install from RIS using $oem$
information from Q315279, but that process doesn't seem to work with XP ...
