I have Netgear wireless router and PCI adaptor, which I installed and

I keep having problems with svchost.exe when i boot up. This then means that
certain programs cannot be started and the omputer doesn't boot up with all
of the programs available.Can I download a diffreent svchost.exe to cure this
or has anyone else had similar??

My XP pro has 3 profiles setup, and I logon to all from
time to time. My Sound card mixer program only works
properly on the profile used when I initially setup xp;

When I open the "Internet Time" tab on the "Date and Time Properties"
dialog it says that the next time synchronization will be 7 days after the
previous one. Is there any way to make Windows to synchronize time with
Internet time servers every 6 hours?

How can you hide a mapped network drive on XPPro?  I tried KB158457 but this
does not work with all users, only with the user that installed the nodrives

When I right-click an application or a shortcut to one, my taskbar, desktop

I have a 2003 domain with several Win XP computers, When I open Display
Properties dialog box on any of my Win XP clients and  I try to access
advanced display settings under the Settings tab it is disabled so I can't
access advanced adaptor options.

I'm trying to transfer the desktop from one HD that is going bad
to another HD.  The desktop has a bunch of files on it that I want
to rescue, and I want to maintain the arrangement of their icons
on the transferred desktop.
