Somehow I do not have what looks ot me like a normal toolbar. I have most of the icons, but somehow I have a addr. bar that is nearly 1/2 screen long. It is keeping me from getting all the icons I want to display. I have gone thru a lost of WinXp Help but can't find anything dealing ...

Would someone please direct me to a place where the boot sequence is described in detail or alternately give me your best advise as to why my path is being repeated (it shows path=c:\a;c:\b;c:\d;c:\a;c:\b;c:\d). Thanks.

I tried to return to my original windows configuration but I was unable to use the recovery system in my HP computer. How can you go back and uninstall XP64 and go back to plain old XP32? I find that the drivers that I are installed do not go to their fullest

I'm running Win XP (no service packs-but critical updates installed) on a VIA 2200 pc. I allowed it to install with ACPI enabled, however I only have 15 IRQs. Shouldn't I have at least 24 in this configuration? How do I fix this, if possible? Thanks in advance.

I have many computers with Windows XP Pro installed and I'd like to add fax service without need to install it manually on each computer. Computers are connected to Active Directory on 2003 server. Could anyone point me how to do it ?

I am setting up a client's computer (stand alone) and do not want his staff to have Admin access so I created a "Limited Access" user and it does not allow Quickbooks to run....why??? Thanks.

After a reinstall of Windows XP, my @ and " keys have been transposed (they worked fine before). The keyboard is listed as a standard 101/102 key keyboard, and I can't see any options to change it. Help would be appreciated!

If I create or copy a file onto most any subdirectory on the C: drive, even if it's not a "system" directory such as "\windows\system32", and then run System Restore back to two days ago, the file that I just created will no longer be there.
