I have a user that every time she logs on to her system windows explorer opens to the system32 folder. I have looked under start up for her user as well as all users. I did not see anything in the registry as well. Can anyone give me some ideas how to eliminate this problem.

Any idea why I cannot change attribute of a new folder that I opened under C:\ (folder name is TEMP)? I am trying to uncheck the Read-only box, I then click Apply, OK, and when I go back to Properties this box is still checked. (I am an administrator).

All I can find is that belt.exe it is "configuration settings." I had to disable Shell Hardware Protection Service to stopped excessive slow downs after installing SP2. What have I given up? Karla
