Whenever I try to open "My Computer" the flashlight appears and it takes
exactly two minutes each time to show the contents of My Computer.  Once
there, I can open folders below fine.  However, when I go back up to My
Computer, it again takes two minutes to open.

fine, and then not.  When I look in Device Manager the DVD's are there, but
are flagged yellow.  They say that the drivers need to be updated.  I have:
