I get the "this computer is in use and has been locked" message. I do not have the prompt for password when computer resumes from standby checked off. I click the enter button and get back to my screen. However, now I cannot access any program. I get an "application failed

Hi, I need help/advice on the MFT settings for a hard disk partioned into "C" and "D" drives. When using Diskeeper to analyze or Defrag both drives I get a warning that "D" is using 97% of MFT and that I should increase the MFT setting.
