Using gpedit  "Software Installation Subnode" does NOT exist for either
computer confguration or user configuration.

this is what I am seeing in the directory:
$MSI31Uninstall_KB89380$ is a hiden file in my C:\windows folder.
There are several other files like this.  When I opened the file it
looked like it was a de-install of my SP2 which I did not do.
