certain system links wont work in the start menu:
When clicking on My Pictures, i should see the contents of My Pictures
When clicking on My Videos, i should see the contents of My Videos

I was looking to create a Windows XP CD and found a place on the
internet that told me to copy the I386 folder onto a CD and that would
make the CD essentially a Windows XP CD.

We are in an AD domain here at work, and there is no GPO setup that I
can see.  All the computers are unable to change their IE Security
settings.  We can do custom settings, but as far as high, medium,
