Weird issue with my recycle bin - every time I empty it, it always displays "Are you sure you want to delete these 18 items?" no matter how many files are actually in it. Even after emptying it, I get the same prompt stating that there are 18 files to be deleted...

I have a system error that says a system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Windows applications. The file is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. Is there some way to upgrade this file? I am using XP home edition.

G'day. For some reason, when I right click the Desktop, I can no longer "Create a New Text Document". TXT extensions are registered with Notepad. This just happened this AM. Any Ideas???

As you can see in my configuration (see below) I run 2 video cards and 3 monitors on my PC. On the GF4 TI4600 I have 2 monitors attached; On my GF FX5200 PCI I have 1 monitor attached. And all this works very well.
