I have windows xp pro with service pack 2. I have 2 hard drives, one is a 250 gb max and the other is a 160 gb max. My motherboard BIOS recognizes both as 250 and 160. Windows recognizes both as 127 gb. What do I need to do so that windows recognizes both as their true values?

I just searched for jpgs on my computer. Why are there jpgs from sites that I visited last year? I have deleted all temp and history files several times. I have also used MRU blaster several times. Several times means several times since I last visited the site of those jpgs.
