In the windows start menu, most left, you have a list of programms most used.
With a possibility to remove those items by invoking an appropriate
position from the context menu.
How can I prevent windows from placing there the programms

When I switch between xp 32 bit and xp 64 bit my microsoft bluetooth 2.0
keyboard dose not work, but the mouse dose. I have to reinstall it every time
i switch. I think windows is finding both and rejecting the passkey, can I
tell bluetooth to not use a passkey?

All users run as restricted users.

I have a modem and a sound card.
both have voice capabilities.
I would like to make phone calls using some kind of dialing program and my
microphone and loud speakers .

Is there any way to stop users adding shortcuts to the desktop. Either by
disabling new shortcut or by totaly disabling right click on the desktop.

Starting two days ago, if my computer is idle for a few minutes,
the login screen will appear and I'll have to select an account
and log in. It used to be that I could leave my computer idle for
days and it would stay in the same account.

my nephew has set himself as system admin on his parents computer. can this
