I just installed Windows SP2 and now my speakers are disabled.  Can anyone
tell me how to enable them as well as to get rid of the beeps from the
internal speaker?

Windows can access hidden programs or  files. Their being hidden does not
stop them accessed.
Can you hide a partition, yet it be seen by your PC?

I Have installed all applications on my WIN XP Prof SP2 System as an
admin first, then i switched this account to a user account.
No I Cant print as a user. The printer is shared. Logged on as an admin
everything works.

I had to re-install Win XP Pro.  The re-install went well, except when
prompted, I gave a Windows System Folder a lousy name.  The folder in
question is located in: C:\Documents and Settings.  Other folders are names
User, Admin, etc.  Is there are way to change the name?

Apparently one of my browsers uses Winamp because I don't remember
intentionally installing it. In any event, it's now calling for an update.
The link takes me to a download site but I can't find any instructions on
what to do. I'm not into audio/visual tools except when needed ...

c:\windows\wnbackup\wnclie~1\unwise32.exe cannot be found on my sisters
computer, which is a file necessary for certian installs. Is it possible for

My systems seems to be working OK. but a few strange things have been
happening and I think some of my system files are corrupt.  Can I reinstall
windows XP from within Windows to try and fix the problem or do I have to do

The problem seemed to start when I converted from FAT32 to NTFS on my C:  In
fact, I reverted back to FAT32, because BootMagic only works from a FAT32
