I did a restore using Microsoft Backup to My Documents and when it created folders for my music, videos, and pictures they were named "Jack's Music" etc. instead of "My Music" etc. Why did this happen? Is there anyway to change them back to "My Music" etc. Everything still ...

My XP Windows Exporer has a TILE default view. Is there a way to change the default view for all folders in one command? I get tired of changing folder by folder.

How long do you have to keep those $NtUninstallQxxxxx$ and $NtUninstallKBxxxxxx$ files in the Windows folder? I have about 120 of them, going back to 2002. If they are security patches, must you keep them or have they done their duty and now can be removed?

ok... so some times when i boot after about 3-4 mins the mouse is dead and the only way to affect it is to cut the mains power....other times i get a message that ive recovered from a fatal error...( dont remember being sic,,,) and wants to log it with ms so i do which redirects ...

My screensaver is not working while my wireless keyboard and mouse (Optical Desktop 5000) is installed. I have unplugged the device and the screensaver pops right up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
