Is there any way to restrict logon hours to computers? I know you can restrict user logon hours but I require a computer to not accept any user logons after hours. I understand the implications this may cause.

Normally, a small indicator icon appears in the bottom right of the status bar when I connect a USB device like a thumb drive/flash drive ( it looks like a PC card being inserted into a computer, but appears for USB devices as well).
