I have 2 notebook computers both running xp pro  sp2. On one I can use my
windows network id & pw to log onto the comnputer regardless if I'm attached
to my network or not. I just get a warning message that could not connect to
all network drives/folders when the notebook is not ...

Last week I had to reformat my harddrive and Instal a fresh version of
windows xp pro. Now all my settings reset every time I reboot. Settings like
the desktop background, also the mouse settings reset to scroll one line
every roll. Wierd stuff like that.
