I am trying to find out why my bootup takes over 4 minutes: But I can't get

How do I restore the local computer policy and security policy back to
defaults. It was on a domain with GPO's and has since been disjoined from the
domains, but the policies are still enforced.

Does anyone have a good understanding of this error mx?
I've run into it with some PCB software used for years but if you type
0x73dd11c7 into a search engine you will see a whole MASS of other apps

I tried to access my MP3 player recently and discovered my USB ports are not
showing up in the device manager. I have tired them all and with my printer
as well. The computer doesn't recogize the devices are plugged in. How do I
