i've done a clean re-install of XP pro. I've got a Promise Raid controller on board, but XP can't find it. i lost my driver CD so I forgot the model name. device mgr is just a yellow question mark.

I found kb for this question, but I have some problem. All user account used the same my documents folder. But only one user will show the folder name "My Documents", Other User show the folder name "username's documents".
