with the new MSTSC-Client (Remote-Desktop / distributed over Windows-Update) the CPU load / hangs to 100% on "rdpclip.exe" (only on remote system - xp sp2) this is full reproducible after each system-restart ... The process can be terminated over the taskmanager.

a newbie question: Due to my fault, I had to reinstall our Win XP Home v5.01, "Service Pack 2" from scratch. It works :-), there are now 2 users, User1 (that's me, the first account I created, with admin rights) and User2 (my wife, restricted rights).
