How do I resolve?  My laptop says a missing windows file is the culprit.
But how do I rectify the situation? I've tried almost all the function keys
upon startup with no success.  I'm at my wits end.

Yesterday I tried to create a new windows account and accidentally
made the new one the administrator. Now I can not access the previous
administrator account nor any of the files I had saved on the account!

I have an HP laptop with an AMD Athlon 64 bit processor running Windows XP
Professional version 5.1 w/ SP 2. It has recently started to run very slow,
