How do I resolve?  My laptop says a missing windows file is the culprit.
But how do I rectify the situation? I've tried almost all the function keys
upon startup with no success.  I'm at my wits end.

I am looking for a way to use Powershell or any other script for that matter
to set display properties-> appearance->effects->use the following method to
smooth edges of screen fonts->cleartype.

my laptop shows that svchost.exe refers to the memory that may haVE
