Not the ordinary question, though.
I have a dual boot system; media center edition is not blessed with this
miserable trojan/virus/worm, while my XPSP2 is.  I use XP as the default,
and of course years of using it means it's set up the way I want it, and I

My old motherboard crashed so I bought a new CPU, MB and memory. I had
a P4 with DDR mem - I got an Intel Dual Core 3.0 MHz, DDR2 mem. All
other periphs were the same -- but now I get the Blue Screen

I have one Windows XP machine at home that anytime I right-click on the
desktop and choose 'Display properties', it crashes.  If I go to the option

How do you prevent Quicktime from loading at reboot. I delete it from start
up and despite this it keeps reloading at every reboot.

When I tried to set up a task schedule for a program I had successfully set
up previously I received the message:

I have this workstation (Dell notebook) running Windows XP SP2 in a Windows
2003 Active directory domain.
On this workstation I am experiencing the following weird behavior:
I am able to access all network resources but am not able to access any

I have chosen a video mode that my montor cannot display.  Now I have tried
the following:
rebooting in safe mode
rebooting in safe mode with cmd prompt
