I would like to slow down the download speed on a computer.  Sounds
silly.  However I have a hostel where there a number of computers
where my residents like to watch videos. Consequently I will run out
of Gb very soon. How can I slow the speed? Glenn.

My laptop is running XP.  One physical drive, two partitions.  Application
data is on C: and data files on D:  I need to increase the size of C as, at
14GB it is too small now.  There is plenty of space on D.

We just reinstalled Windows XP on a new HD.  I set up the Screen Saver and
the Power Scheme to not turn off the monitor or HD and not go on standby and
not hibernate.  The screen however goes blank rather than the screensaver
displaying.  I don't want a dark screen.

First off, I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue, a driver issue, or
an issue with the software I am using. I have tried tech support for
my software and gotten no reply, and I have not found this issue

I have a computer that is not a part of a domain but is in a workgroup.  
Every so often all users except the local admin account will get locked out

I am running Windows XP SP2 in a Centrino 1600 MHz processor with 512 MBytes
of RAM memory. The recommended virtual memory to be used is 768 MB although I
