I would like to slow down the download speed on a computer. Sounds silly. However I have a hostel where there a number of computers where my residents like to watch videos. Consequently I will run out of Gb very soon. How can I slow the speed? Glenn.

We just reinstalled Windows XP on a new HD. I set up the Screen Saver and the Power Scheme to not turn off the monitor or HD and not go on standby and not hibernate. The screen however goes blank rather than the screensaver displaying. I don't want a dark screen.

I have a computer that is not a part of a domain but is in a workgroup. Every so often all users except the local admin account will get locked out and I have to login with the local admin account to unlock.
