Hi -- recently a bunch of icons just disappeared from my Systray at lower
right (e.g., my Norton 360 icon). A few survived, such as the Windows update

I have tried several times to load SP3, both from CD and downloading. Each
time it fails and I have a message "error occurred while copying file
beethov9.wma" and also "cannot copy file to destination directory."

Since I upgraded the memory on my computer, whenever I try to Logon it logs
