Is there a way to permanently change the View option of a folder from Filmstrip to Thumbnails? The folder always reverts back to Filmstrip the next time I open it. Thanks for your help.

In "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" in "Notification area" when I click "Customize" how can I move an item from "past items" back into the "current items" area so that I can see it again? Namely, I'd like to see "You have new mail" to always show again?

After the instal of service pack 3, the computer fails to see IDE mode SATA. BIO also fails to see the SATA. ALso thinking of moving SATA to RAID, afraid will lose data and not aware about Howto go about it. Any help. Thanks a million

We are running Windows XP and have a Windows 2003 domain. I need to change the "Turn off monitor" to another figure. Can this be done through Group Policy? I did not see this as one of the options that can be set.

Basically I am trying to create a VPN setup through CMAK to distribute to our users. The problem is that whenever I try to create the connection, it always makes a L2TP connection, when I need a PPTP connection. I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail.
