After running a program my screen came back at  a 640x480
resolution instead of refresing to its usual 1024x768 .  
Now my menu bar is nowhere to be found... I've looked
east west... high and low and... welll thats all i could

I have this program taking up all my process resourses
until I do (ctrl,alt,delete)and close program. How do I  
stop this program       PS: didn't have this problem

the task bar has moved to the right side of the desktop
and I can not drag it back to its original placen at the

I am using Outlook Express 6 in MSFT XP.
