I was hoping to find some help.  I'm trying to fix a friends computer.  From
the Desktop, all the icons appear to be MS Office Icons (even though they
are shortcuts to other programs), the standard Icons are all missing (My
Computer, My Documents, etc.)

I want ANY screen (Dialog box, Drive A, Control panel)
etc... to come only in minimize mode.
It keeps coming all the time with maximize mode.
