On previous versions of Windows I could easily create a
program folder and then drag other programs to it in the
Start Up folder.  I cannot figure out how to do that on
Windows XP Professional.

for PC to PC connection" plugged into to the RJ45 Etherial
ports, but nothing happens.  I used my Windows XP CD as a
