Does anyone know how to keep "Documents and settings"
folder form auto expanding every time I open explorer.  I
truly hate this because 99% of the time I have to
minimize it.

recover deleted files?? Anyone?.....Anyone?

Does anyone know if XP has any issues with ACPI and Intel's Hyperthreading?
Are there any patches on WindowsUpdate for such things?

Can I make the desktop Icons names (short cuts, executables, folders...etc.)
transparent with white or black text?

Each time I view a picture, it adds itself to the
Wallpaper/Background List. Is there a way to stop this
from happening? Also can I delete them from the list?

I want to change my folder views so that they are in
list. Is there a way to change all folders at one time,
or do you have to go in to each individual folder and
change the view?

How can I do backup to a CD writer with dos commands?
I have tried to do backup with copy in explorer, and then rightclick and
burn to CD, and it works well.
Do someone know how to do this in a .bat file?

Back when I had win98, i could choose a background
